Project 54 is looking for a YouTube Explainer Video Editor Intern to help us build a clearer, sharper, more useful video format for complex B2B topics. This is an unpaid internship, best suited to someone who wants practical experience, portfolio-ready work, and exposure to AI-first video production workflows inside a B2B growth agency.<\/p>\n
The main skill we are looking for is video judgement<\/strong>. You should be able to look at a script, idea, or rough sequence and improve how it works visually: pacing, structure, cutaways, motion graphics, text overlays, maps, data points, sound, and viewer attention. You do not need to be an expert in the energy sector. We care more about judgement, pacing, clarity, curiosity, and willingness to learn.<\/p>\n Chinese language ability is beneficial, but not required.<\/p>\n We use AI as part of our video and content workflow, but not as a substitute for thinking. You may use AI for visual references, cutaway planning, image generation, video generation, transcript support, script support, voice workflow support, and production acceleration. You will also be expected to review, edit, question, and improve AI outputs. Using a Project 54 script excerpt, you plan the first 20 seconds, build a 60-second storyboard, propose a repeatable motion-graphics system, plan cutaways, outline short-form repurposing, and keep an AI workflow log.
