Ethics & Responsible AI

Principles, interlinked

We build AI-powered marketing and sales systems for the energy sector. Power like that demands restraint. This charter sets out the principles we hold ourselves to, and how we let clients, candidates and partners hold us to them.

PRINCIPLE 01

Human Accountability Over Automation

AI accelerates our work; it never owns the outcome. A named human is accountable for every strategy, asset, and claim we ship. Automation is a tool under supervision, not a decision-maker.

Our commitment
  • We will tell you when and how AI is used in your work.
  • We will substantiate every claim we make on your behalf.
  • We will protect your data and your confidentiality.
  • We will decline work that misleads the market or greenwashes.
  • We will keep a human accountable for every outcome.
How we govern it
Named ownership
Every engagement has an accountable lead. Ethics questions escalate to the CEO & CAIO.
Human-in-the-loop review
No AI-generated claim or asset ships without human review and sign-off.
Evidence on file
Performance claims are backed by documentation we can produce on request.
Open redress
Anyone, client, candidate, or public, can raise a concern and get a response.
Have a concern, or want to hold us to this? We'd rather hear it than not.
