Questions and answers

What does Project 54 do?

Project 54 helps energy companies win work in the markets they want to enter. We measure how visible a firm is to buyers and to AI assistants, then install one connected system that maps decision makers and tenders, reaches the whole buying committee, publishes content that makes the firm the answer, and tracks every conversation through to a signed contract.

Who is Project 54 for?

Energy companies only: operators, oilfield services firms, EPC contractors, equipment suppliers, renewables and energy technology companies. Two situations fit best: a company entering a new market, and a strong regional firm that needs international credibility to win contracts abroad.

Where does Project 54 work?

Globally. Project 54 is a remote first team headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden. Libya and North Africa is one example market, where we have run growth for an energy services company since 2022: its LinkedIn audience grew from 1,621 to 34,553 followers, with 805,885 organic impressions in the last 12 months.

How does an engagement start?

With the Energy Findability Audit. It tests the questions your buyers ask across AI assistants and languages, compares you with named competitors, and prices the fixes. It is a fixed price from €3,500 excluding VAT, delivered within 7 to 10 working days.

Why one system instead of separate vendors?

Market intelligence, marketing, outreach and local access are usually bought from four separate vendors that share no data. Project 54 runs them as one system with one CRM and one report, so every conversation can be traced to the work that produced it.

Is the narration a real voice?

The film is narrated with an AI model of the voice of Michael S.U. Hudson, CEO of Project 54, created with his consent.

0:00 The question buyers now ask

Your next client is asking an AI assistant who to hire. When the answer comes back, either your name is in it, or a competitor's is.

[On screen: an AI assistant answers a buyer who asks which firms can deliver offshore inspection services in North Africa. Competitors A, B and C are cited. Your firm is not mentioned. Headline: In the answer, or not.]

0:10 Why winning work is fragmented

Energy markets are opening and shifting all over the world. New licensing rounds. New tenders. New partners to win. Libya alone is at a thirteen year production high, with new exploration contracts signed in 2026. But winning work in a new market usually means hiring four separate vendors. One for market intelligence. One for marketing. One for sales. One for local access. None of them talk to each other.

[On screen: a world map marks active energy regions: North Sea, Gulf of Mexico, Brazil, West Africa, Libya, the Gulf, Caspian, Southeast Asia, Australia and North America. Libya data cards: 1.487 million barrels per day of crude and condensate, a 13 year high (source: NOC, 21 June 2026), and 3 new exploration contracts (PSAs signed 15 June 2026, source: MEES and Reuters). Then four separate vendor boxes, market intelligence, marketing, sales and local access, with no handoff between them.]

0:39 One system, energy only, worldwide

Project 54 replaces that patchwork with one system. We work only in energy, and we work globally. We help energy companies win work in the markets they want to enter, and we help strong regional firms earn the credibility to win international contracts.

[On screen: the four vendors merge into one schematic labelled Growth Engine beside the Project 54 wordmark. Energy only. Worldwide. Sectors: upstream, midstream, downstream, renewables, nuclear. Two directions: market entry, and international credibility.]

0:57 How it works: measure, install, screen

It starts with a measurement. Our Energy Findability Audit asks the questions your buyers ask, in the languages they use, and shows exactly where you appear against your competitors. Then we install the engine. A verified map of the decision makers and tenders in your market. Outreach that reaches the whole buying committee. Content that makes you the answer. And one system that tracks every conversation through to a signed contract. Every counterparty is sanctions screened before we engage.

[On screen: step 01, Measure, shows an illustrative Energy Findability Audit table of buyer questions in English, Arabic and French. Step 02, Install, shows four connected modules, Map, Reach, Content and Pipeline, ending in a signed contract. Step 03, Screen, shows a counterparty check covering sanctions lists, politically exposed persons, and ownership and control.]

1:30 Proof from Libya

Take Libya, one of the most demanding markets in energy. Since 2022, we have run growth for an energy services company there. Their audience grew from sixteen hundred to more than thirty four thousand. Over eight hundred thousand impressions in the last year, all organic. And weekly search appearances are up almost five times.

[On screen: Case, energy services, since 2022, Libya. Client name withheld under NDA. Audience grows from 1,621 to 34,553 followers, 21 times. 805,885 impressions in the last 12 months, 100 percent organic with zero paid media. Weekly search appearances grow from 637 to 3,013, 4.7 times. Source: LinkedIn page analytics, 2 October 2026.]
